Return

For any issues with fit, Lauren Marinis will accept shoes in their original condition for a exchange only within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned shoes must also include the original shoe box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns. Lauren Marinis reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

Request a Return/Exchange

There is no exchange or returns on sale items. If you would like to request a return on full priced items, please email us at info@laurenmarinis.com with your order number. Once you have emailed us your request, a return authorisation will be given to you within 72 hours with return instructions.

Please do not ship your return back without this authorisation, as it will not be processed.

Delivery

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries via registered post. Freight costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be communicated during the checkout process. We endeavour to ensure delivery within Australia between 3 to 5 working days, depending on the weight and destination.
